Accurate Business Solutions was formed by the sole owner, Brenda Pritt, with a focus on helping small to medium size businesses with their Accounting, Business Planning, HR Management, Job costing, Insurances, Legal compliances issues, Audits, Payroll (including certified payrolls), Burden and Break even points, and extensive review of the Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reporting. Brenda has been a consultant for over 25+ years and has worked with a variety of industries including many Manufacturing, Construction, Real Estate, Medical, Commercial and Property Management companies.

Brenda has worked as a Controller, CPA Staff Accountant (in a Public CPA office), In-House Accountant and as a CFO. Brenda is a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor but also has worked with Sage Pro, SBT Accounting, Timberline, Construction Manager, and Peachtree.

Brenda provides training on all the QuickBooks modules and has extensive experience in training payroll to clients to include all HR legal requirements. Training can be onsite one on one or with a group of employees. Additionally, ABS can perform all of your bookkeeping/business management with the flexibility of meeting your company specific needs and can provide these services on a flexible schedule.

One unique difference that makes Brenda different from other consultants is that she is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), which means that she can handle and understands many IT related issues. She can easily implement and/or upgrade any version of QuickBooks and can troubleshoot hardware/software problems. 

Barbara Gillum joined Accurate Business Solutions as an Consultant in 2017. Barbara has over 20+ years experience in Medical Billing and Accounts Receivable.

Barbara worked at Gastrointestinal Specialists, Inc. for 15 years where she was responsible for documenting all ERA and EFT payments, balanced and closed the day, performed collection work for various AR payments, as well as worked failed claims.

Additionally, Barbara was then also promoted from floor supervisor to Accounting Manager in order to establish an organized accounting department. She converted GSI's accounting software from Sage to Quickbooks. Barbara was then also in charge of Accounts Payable and performing Monthly Bank and Credit Card reconciliations.

Barbara has experience with Quickbooks, Allscripts, Navicure, and Availity, and Excel.

She is hard-working, meets deadlines and is committed to making sure all data entered is accurate. Her expertise in Medical Billing has opened the door for use to help medical clients with their AR billings. Barb is a strong asset to Accurate Business Solutions and we are lucky to have her on our team and she stands ready to help in any of her areas of expertise.
